Delivery Information
UK Based
Duck Barn Interiors is based in the UK. All products are dispatched from UK warehouses, including items shipped directly from our suppliers. No import duties apply. We deliver to UK Mainland only.
Some items are located in different warehouses, so if your order contains multiple items, you may receive separate parcels.
We offer simple, fair delivery pricing. Your order is always charged one delivery rate based on the largest item in your basket. Multiple small items may be classed as a large parcel if sent by courier.
If your order contains items of different sizes, only the highest applicable delivery rate applies.
UK Mainland Delivery
We offer FREE UK Mainland delivery for orders over £75 (Excluding Furniture)

Furniture Delivery
Furniture is delivered by our suppliers’ specialist delivery teams to ensure safe handling. You will be contacted by text (preferred) or email with a proposed delivery date and time slot.

Additional Delivery Information
Order Tracking & Communication
Please provide a valid email address at checkout so we can send order confirmation and dispatch notifications. A mobile number is recommended so couriers can send delivery updates and options by text.
Couriers may leave items on doorsteps with photo proof of delivery. If you prefer delivery to a neighbour or safe place, please add this to your order notes or update via the courier’s app or text message. Some couriers offer collection from local shops or depots.
Despatch of Items
We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 1–3 working days. Our stock feed is live and items can only be ordered when available.
If an item becomes unavailable after ordering, we will contact you and issue a full refund. If your order does not arrive within 10 working days, please contact us on 01483 255 977 or email info@duckbarn.co.uk.
Direct Delivery by Suppliers
Some items, including furniture, are delivered directly from our suppliers. These are usually delivered within 7–14 working days, unless bespoke or made to order. Supplier-delivered items are typically limited to mainland UK addresses.
Priority & Next Day Delivery
Orders must be placed before 1pm for next working day delivery. Next day delivery is not usually available at weekends.
Weekend Delivery
Saturday delivery is available on selected items and will only appear at checkout where applicable. Additional charges may apply.
Non-Mainland UK & International Delivery
We no longer deliver outside of mainland UK. Third-party forwarding services may be used at the customer’s discretion.
Courier Services
We use a range of couriers including Royal Mail, DPD, UPS, DHL, FedEx, DX, TNT, and Parcelforce. Some deliveries may require a signature. If a safe place is nominated, delivery is at the customer’s own risk.
General Terms
- Mainland UK delivery only
- Remote locations may require extended delivery times
- Couriers operate Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
- No delivery to BFPO addresses or PO Boxes
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare circumstances such as extreme weather or unforeseen events, deliveries may be delayed. If delivery cannot be fulfilled, you may cancel your order for a full refund.
