Good communication regarding delivery status. Easy to assemble. Not the most robust laundry basket. The one it replaced lasted nine years, not sure this one will do the same. Some dents and scratches on the lid noted when opening package.

I ordered 2 ducks with custom name tags with next working day delivery having forgot about the bank holiday might be a delay, the owner gave me a call and offered some solutions and my items actually arrived next day so I was very impressed and the items are adorable

Excellent service - delivery was prompt. Customer service excellent, one of my mugs was cracked. A replacement was sent out asap. Mugs were competitively priced and also used the incentive promotion code from my initial purchase. Would definitely recommend buying from Duck Barn Interiors.

I recently set an email to you regarding an issue with an item on my order (DB13328) and I haven't heard back from you. Item DCXD3GCSTAR was not stable (off balance).
