Furniture delivery

• UK Mainland furniture delivery costs £35, charged once per order.
• Furniture is delivered directly by our suppliers’ specialist delivery teams and usually arrives within 7–14 working days, unless it is bespoke or made to order.
• You will be contacted by text or email with a proposed delivery date and time slot.
• Before ordering, please check that the item will fit through all doors, corridors, stairways and corners at the delivery address.

Furniture returns

• Please unwrap your furniture carefully and retain all its original packaging until you are completely satisfied.
• Damaged items or return requests must be reported to returns@duckbarn.co.uk within five days of delivery. Please also provide photos of any damage and also any damage to the packaging.
• Furniture must be unused, unassembled and returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
• Furniture collections start from £40 and usually take 7–10 days. Please contact us for an individual collection quote.
• Made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged.
