Returns

• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless an item is faulty or damaged.
• We will require photos of damaged or faulty items by email to returns@duckbarn.co.uk
• Personalised and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned.
