Furniture returns

To report damage or request a return, email returns@duckbarn.co.uk within five days of delivery and include detailed photos of the item and its packaging.

• Keep all original packaging until you are satisfied with your furniture.
• Returns must be unused, correctly packaged and in saleable condition.
• Collections start from £40 and take 7–10 days. Contact us for a quote.
