Furniture returns
- Please unwrap your furniture carefully and retain all its original packaging until you are completely satisfied.
- Damaged items or return requests must be reported to returns@duckbarn.co.uk within five days of delivery. Please also provide photos of any damage and any damage to the packaging.
- Furniture must be unused, unassembled and returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
- Furniture collections start from £40 and usually take 7–10 days. Please contact us for an individual collection quote.
- Made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged.
