Furniture delivery
- UK Mainland furniture delivery costs £35, charged once per order.

Furniture is delivered directly by our suppliers’ specialist
delivery teams and usually arrives within 7–14 working days,
unless it is bespoke or made to order.

You will be contacted by text or email with a proposed delivery
date and time slot.

Before ordering, please check that the item will fit through all
doors, corridors, stairways and corners at the delivery address.

Furniture returns

Please unwrap your furniture carefully and retain all its original
packaging until you are completely satisfied.

Damaged items or return requests must be reported to
returns@duckbarn.co.uk
within five days of delivery. Please also provide photos of any damage and also any damage to the packaging.

Furniture must be unused, unassembled and returned in its original
packaging and in a saleable condition.

Furniture collections start from £40 and usually take 7–10 days.
Please contact us for an individual collection quote.

Made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged.
