Furniture returns

Please unwrap your furniture carefully and retain all its original packaging until you are completely satisfied.
Damaged items or return requests must be reported to returns@duckbarn.co.uk within five days of delivery. Please also provide photos of any damage and any damage to the packaging.
Furniture must be unused, unassembled and returned in its original packaging and in a saleable condition.
Furniture collections start from £40 and usually take 7–10 days. Please contact us for an individual collection quote.
Made-to-order furniture cannot be returned unless it arrives damaged.
