Returns
- Contact us by emailing returns@duckbarn.co.uk within 14 days to request a return.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
- Return costs are the customer's responsibility unless an item is faulty or damaged.
- We will require photos of damaged or faulty items by email to returns@duckbarn.co.uk.
- Personalised and made-to-order products cannot normally be returned.
